Welcome to The Rotary Club of Karori. Karori is a suburb of the capital city Wellington and one of the largest suburbs in New Zealand.
Please look through our website to learn more about Karori and our Rotary Club. One of our initiatives is the "Welcome to Karori pack" which we developed in 2010 and distributed through local businesses with their support.
With more than 14,000 residents, there is a significant inflow of newcomers every year. 
The information pack aims to fill an important gap by providing information on the sporting, cultural and community facilities available in the valley and on local businesses and services.
The pack is available to new residents from the local offices of Harcourts Limited, Westpac bank, Karori Normal School, Karori West Normal School, Makara Model School, St Teresa's School, Marsden School, the Karori Medical Centre, the Wellington West Citizens Advice Bureau and other community locations.
